How do I know a listing isn't a scam?＋
Every landlord passes an ID check before their listing goes live, and listings are screened for scam signals before they're posted.
What happens after I pay the booking fee?＋
The landlord's phone number unlocks instantly, so you can contact them directly, without a broker in between.
Is the booking fee refundable?＋
No, generally not, except in confirmed cases of fraud or a technical failure on our end where the contact details never unlocked.
